Impression numérique directe dans l’atelier le plus proche de votre adresse. Les encres pénètrent la fibre, aucun film n’est posé sur le tissu.

Livraison

Remise au transporteur, puis suivi envoyé par email dès la prise en charge.

Times start when your design is approved, not when payment is made.
Track your order
You receive an email at each stage: order received, design approved and parcel shipped. The shipping email contains the carrier's tracking number.
Print defect or damaged parcel
If your item has a print defect, a size error on our part or damage in transit, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Email contact@teye.studio within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the problem.
Right of withdrawal
Garments are made from your photos and text. They are goods made to the consumer's specifications and excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28(3) of the French Consumer Code. Once the design is approved and printing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
While your order is awaiting review, it can be canceled and fully refunded. This also applies if we reject your design and no correction is possible.
Address error
If you notice the error before dispatch, email us: corrections are free while the parcel has not shipped.
