Zoom in on the face: if it stays sharp, it will print well. A scanned childhood photo works well; marks on the paper are part of its charm. Avoid story screenshots and very dark images.

Yes. Upload your photos in the Studio, crop them, add your words and see the t-shirt on screen. Check out when you are happy with the result.

S, M, L, XL and XXL, unisex. The t-shirt has a relaxed boxy fit with dropped shoulders: compare with the size guide on the product page. You can order two different sizes in the same order, it is the most common case.

Your names, dates and notes are printed exactly as entered. Phrases built into the templates stay in English because the lettering and layout were designed for those words.

Allow 5 to 12 hours for review and 2 to 4 days for production. Delivery time depends on your country. Your order summary shows the estimate before payment and we email tracking when your parcel ships.

We email you before printing to explain the problem and what needs to change. You can send another photo or correct your text. If it cannot be fixed, the order is fully refunded.

Wash inside out at 30°C (86°F) and avoid tumble drying. The water-based ink enters the fibres, with no plastic film on the fabric to crack.

A personalized t-shirt cannot be resold and is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. If your item has a print defect, a size error on our part or transit damage, we reprint and resend it free of charge.

Your photos are used only to create, save and produce your designs. Without an order or active saved design, they are deleted six months after upload. Saved designs and their photos stay available for 90 days after the last save. Order photos are kept until delivery, then six months, or six months after final closure if canceled before delivery. Another saved design or ongoing order may extend shared-photo retention. Deletion includes originals, previews and related print files. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
