1. Seller

teye.studio is operated by Collective 1x3 LLC DBA Teye.studio, a US limited liability company registered with the New Mexico Secretary of State - file 3001620. Registered office: 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #5229, Albuquerque, NM 87113, États-Unis. Contact: contact@teye.studio.

2. Products

teye.studio sells personalized t-shirts and clothing, printed to order from the buyer's photos and text, using either a predefined template or a free canvas. Each product is unique and made for one buyer.

Website visuals are digital previews displayed on a screen. Printed products are physical objects: fabric shade, photo colors, contrast and ink density always differ from the screen. The buyer accepts these differences when ordering. They do not constitute a lack of conformity.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed for your location, inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges depend on the destination and are shown before payment. The amount confirmed before payment is the amount charged, with no later additions. The applicable price is the one shown when ordering.

4. Orders and review

The buyer personalizes their product in the Studio, then pays. The order is then placed in review: we check the design, including photo resolution, cropping and the spelling of submitted text.

This review is required to ensure print quality. It usually takes 5 to 12 hours. This is an estimate and may take longer during busy periods, especially the holidays.

If the design is approved, the order is sent to production. If a problem is found, we email the buyer to suggest a change, which they make directly on the site. If no correction is possible or no response is received within 7 days, the order is canceled and fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are handled by our payment providers, who alone collect and secure banking details. teye.studio never has access to card numbers. The order is final once payment is received.

6. Production and delivery

Products are printed to order by our production partner. Estimated production time is 2 to 4 days after design approval. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and is displayed in your cart before payment. Delivery countries are listed on the Delivery page.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28(3) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Products sold on teye.studio fall into this category. Withdrawal is therefore unavailable once the design has been approved and production has started.

Before design approval, the buyer may cancel by email and receive a full refund.

8. Defects and reprints

If there is a print defect, a size or product error attributable to teye.studio, or damage in transit, the product will be reprinted and shipped again free of charge, or refunded if reprinting is impossible. Email contact@teye.studio with a photo of the product, preferably within 14 days of receipt.

A size chosen incorrectly by the buyer, a typo in submitted text or a low-quality photo approved by the buyer does not constitute a defect.

9. Statutory warranties

The buyer benefits from the statutory conformity warranty (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the hidden-defects warranty (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

The consumer has two years from delivery to invoke the statutory conformity warranty if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only needs to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared.

The statutory conformity warranty requires the seller, where applicable, to provide all necessary accessories and documentation. The consumer may choose repair or replacement, subject to the cost conditions in Article L217-12 of the French Consumer Code. If the goods are not repaired or replaced, the consumer may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract.

The consumer also benefits from the statutory hidden-defects warranty under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This warranty provides a price reduction if the goods are kept or a full refund upon return.

10. Content supplied by the buyer

The buyer warrants that they hold the rights to the photos and text they provide and have permission from the people depicted. They indemnify teye.studio against third-party claims in this respect.

teye.studio refuses orders containing unlawful, hateful or pornographic content or content infringing third-party rights. Refused orders receive a full refund.

11. Intellectual property

The design templates, lettering and all website elements are the exclusive property of teye.studio. Buying a product does not transfer rights to the template. The buyer retains all rights to the photos and text they supply.

12. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes fall under the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the consumer's country of residence.
